The President of Venezuela Hugo Chavez has arrived at the official site of the Fifth Summit of the Americas. Mr. Chavez took a few moments to greet the plethora of local and international media gathering outside the hotel before entering the lobby to make his way to the Regency Ballroom in which the Opening Ceremony of the Summit is being held.
